It is previously specified that these general conditions govern the sales of tickets for shows on the site www.heavyweekend.live to reserve and place orders.
The site www.heavyweekend.live, the editorial and online ticketing site of the online publishing and ticketing site of the producer of live shows Gérard Drouot Productions, belongs to the company Gérard Drouot Productions. These general conditions are systematically brought to the attention of each buyer to enable him to place an order. Consequently, the fact of placing an order implies the full and unreserved adherence of the buyer to these general conditions of sale. These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, in particular those in force at partner points of sale.
ARTICLE 1 — PRICE AND NUMBER OF SEATS
1.1 The prices of show tickets are indicated in euros including all taxes. The price shown on the front of the ticket is the total price paid by the spectator. A ticket cannot be resold for more than its face value.
1.2 Different types of rates may be offered to you depending on the events and dates of concerts or reservations.
1.3 Unless otherwise indicated, in the case of a show where the sale of a number of seats per purchaser is lower, the total number of seats in cumulative reservations per purchaser may not exceed 10. 10 tickets for the same show, 20 tickets for an order for several shows.
1.4 All orders regardless of their origin are payable in euros.
1.5 Gérard Drouot Productions reserves the right to change its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of order registration.
1.6 Show tickets remain the property of the organizer of the event until full and final payment of the price by Gérard Drouot Productions.
ARTICLE 2 — AVAILABILITY
Show ticket reservations are made in real time. In this context, our server informs you in real time about the availability of tickets at the time of placing your order. In case of unavailability in one of the types of seats requested, our server automatically offers you the best remaining seats. As the producer of the show, you will always find the best seats at the best price on our site.
ARTICLE 3 — SEATING PLANS AND SEAT LOCATIONS
In the case of numbered ticketing, during your reservation, your seats may be indicated to you on a seating map if it is available.You can choose your seats directly from the room map if it is available.Once the seats are in the basket, we always suggest that you locate your seats on the map if it is available.
ARTICLE 4 — PAYMENT
Only payment by credit card is possible. It allows you to book your tickets online and immediately in a firm manner. The cards accepted for the payment of an order at the ticket office for shows are cards from the Carte Bleue/Visa and Eurocard/Mastercard networks, and American Express.
ARTICLE 5 — SECURITY OF PAYMENTS AND PERSONAL DATA
5.1 Payment security: our site is subject to a security system. We have adopted the SSL encryption process but we have also strengthened all the scrambling and encryption processes to protect all sensitive data related to payment methods as effectively as possible. As part of the fight against fraud we have set up 3-D Secure payment, a payment system by authentication.
5.2 Personal dataInformation and data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order and for our commercial relationships. ARTICLE 6 — VALIDATION
When you click on the “I am making my secure payment” button at the end of the order process, on the “Validation of your order” page, you declare that you have read and accepted these general conditions of sale before placing your order. The validation of your order therefore implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale.Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded on our sites constitute proof of all transactions made on our service.Your order for show tickets is only definitively confirmed and does not bind Gérard Drouot Productions until we receive the email confirming that the order has been validated. Therefore, we invite you to check your email.
ARTICLE 7 — OBTAINING TICKETS
7.1 Tickets are personal and non-transferable:
7.1.1 If you have chosen box office pick-up, they must be collected on the day of the show at the “production” box office in the hall from the opening time of the doors (1 am to 1.30 am before the start of the show depending on the show).
7.1.2 If you have chosen to ship by courier, they are sent by registered mail by DHL. In this second case, as the delivery is made by a third party, we cannot be held responsible in the event of non-delivery or non-notification by delivery notice.7.1.3 If you have chosen the e-ticket, they can be printed from your customer area (more information in our FAQ).
7.2.1 To ensure maximum security of your payment, we reserve the right, when collecting tickets at the counter at the venue on the day of the event, we reserve the right to ask you to present your Identity Card. You must also use the digital reservation code that was given to you (e.g.: 3225480).
7.2.2 For any payment by bank card, the bank card is debited as soon as the final validation of the order. The debit of the bank card is independent of the actual withdrawal of the tickets. In any case, the tickets are paid for even if you fail to collect your tickets on the night of the show.
7.4 The proof of payment and the tickets are given with your tickets upon withdrawal. They are worded according to “the contact details” you provided during the order process.
ARTICLE 8 — TICKET CONTROL
The ticket must be accompanied by its control coupon when presented at the entrance to the site (ticket not valid if presented without its control coupon) and be able to be presented during any security check on the site. In the case of reduced rates, an identity document (with photograph) justifying the said reduced rate must be presented at the control.
ARTICLE 9 — CANCELLATION AND REFUND
9.1 — In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, show tickets cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal. All orders are therefore firm and final.
9.2 A ticket (Gérard Drouot Productions) cannot be returned or exchanged, even in the event of loss or theft. No duplicate will be issued. It cannot be resold at a price greater than the face value of the ticket (law of 27 June 1919 and these general conditions). In case of cancellation of the event, only the ticket price will be refunded. In the event of a delay, the possible refund of this ticket will be subject to the conditions of the event organizer. In all cases (cancellation or rescheduling) no costs of any kind whatsoever will be refunded or compensated. If the show must be interrupted beyond half of its minimum duration planned by the organizer, if the organizer has to change the programs, distribution or schedules, this ticket will not be subject to any exchange or refund.
9.3 The withdrawal method cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
9.4 The events take place under the sole responsibility of the organizer.
9.5 Upon announcement of the cancellation or a change in the date, time or location of the event for which you have reserved seats, you agree that the company Gérard Drouot Productions, as far as possible, may use the contact details you entered when booking to keep you informed of the procedure to follow.

ARTICLE 11 — RESPONSIBILITY
For the delivery or delivery of your tickets Gérard Drouot Productions offers you:

The purchase of a Gérard Drouot Productions ticket implies adherence either to the internal regulations specific to the site appearing on the front and available from it, or to the internal regulations specific to the organizer (or to these conditions, which are legal in the absence of internal regulations or specific provisions).
In general, events take place under the sole responsibility of the organizer. Under no circumstances can the distributor of this ticket be held responsible for any incident related to the event or the ticket. It is recommended that you take your seat at least 30 minutes before the start of the show. Access to the site and/or to the numbered seats is not guaranteed after the start time of the show and does not entitle to any refund. Photographing, filming, or recording is not allowed.
The spectator may be required to undergo a security check at the entrance of certain sites. Access may be refused to any person refusing to comply with this security measure.
For security reasons, it is strictly forbidden to introduce into the site: weapons, explosive, flammable or volatile substances, bottles, containers, sharp or soft objects and in general any object that could be used as a projectile, any dangerous object and any pyrotechnic article, any pyrotechnic article, signs and banners of any size of a political, ideological, religious or advertising nature. Any offender incurs responsibility and is liable to prosecution.
Spectators are warned that if a movie is shot or the event is broadcast on television, their image may be included. The holder of this ticket is attending the event to which the ticket gives access under his own responsibility.
All exits are final, except in exceptional cases where a voucher valid only with this ticket will be issued.
ARTICLE 12 — MEDIATION
In accordance with the provisions of articles L 611-1 and R 612-1 and following of the Consumer Code concerning the amicable settlement of disputes, and after having requested the professional's Customer Complaint Service at hotline@gdp.fr, the consumer has the possibility (if he has not obtained satisfaction or a response within two months), to submit his complaint to the consumer mediator free of charge.

The sales of tickets and services referred to herein are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts alone are competent.
