How to get to the Heavy Week-End ?

By car

Located in Maxéville (54320), the site of Zenith Nancy Open Air, which hosts Heavy Week-End, is a 4-hour drive from Paris and Lyon, 2 hours from Strasbourg, 2 hours and a half from Reims and Dijon...

The Heavy Week-End is easily accessible from border countries: Luxembourg (1h30), Belgium (3h30 from Brussels), Switzerland (2h30 from Basel), Germany (2h from Saarbrücken, 3h from Saarbrücken, 3h from Mannheim, 3h from Mannheim, 3h30 from Stuttgart). Think of carpooling!

The Zenith has 2,500 parking spaces (follow Accès Zénith) and several parking areas (in color on the map) are also planned near the site:
- Sector 1: ZAC Zénith Saint-Jacques
- Sector 2: Champ-le-Boeuf district
- Sector 3: ZAC Zénith Saint-Jacques
- Sector 4: Haut-du-Lièvre district

During the festival, traffic changes may be put in place.
Please follow the signs and detours to facilitate access to the site.

EN TRAIN

Située en centre-ville, la gare de Nancy est à 1h30 de Paris et de Strasbourg, 1h de Reims, 3h30 de Lille et de Dijon… Le site du Zénith est à seulement 20 minutes en navette ou en bus.

La gare de Lorraine TGV, située quant à elle à 30 km de Nancy et de Metz (à Louvigny), est desservie par des TGV Inoui à destination de plusieurs villes françaises (Bordeaux, Poitiers, Rennes, Nantes, Strasbourg…), et même Bruxelles et l'Aéroport de Paris Roissy CDG.

NAVETTES/ BUS

Pour rejoindre facilement le Heavy Week-End, des navettes gratuites sont mises en place depuis le centre de Nancy jusqu’au site du Zénith de Nancy Open-Air, avant et après les concerts.

Avant les concerts :
- Départ : Place de la République – arrêt Joffre Gare
- Arrivée : arrêt Cuenot

Une fois arrivé, suit l'Accès Piéton aménagé et éclairé jusqu’au site (environ 5 minutes à pieds).

Après les concerts :
- Départ : arrêt Cuenot
- Arrivée : Place de la République – arrêt Joffre Gare

Important : il n’y a pas de quai de dépose directement au Zénith.

How do you get to the Heavy Week-End site?

We recommend that you avoid coming by car. Other modes of travel are offered during these 3 days.

PMR & PSH/ Inclusion accessibility

PMR & PSH access

The Heavy Week-End sets up several devices to facilitate access to the festival for people with reduced mobility (PMR) and people with disabilities (PSH).

PMR parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the entrances to the site. A drop-off area is also provided to allow chaperones to easily drop off festival-goers as close as possible to the access. A specific ticket then allows access to the festival in the best conditions.

If necessary, support can be provided by Civil Protection (on request).

Mobility inclusion card

If you hold a Mobility Inclusion Card (CMI), a parking space will be reserved for you in the PMR car park.

adapted transport

The Handistan service offers specialized transport for people with disabilities (wheelchair, visual impairment, disability...).

Occasional need

You do not have an Inclusive Mobility Card but are you experiencing a temporary difficulty (injury, occasional reduced mobility...)? A drop-off is still possible to facilitate your access to the festival.

Safety & forbidden objects

In order to guarantee everyone's safety, some objects are not allowed inside the Heavy Week-End:

- Large bags and luggage (those over 24 L approximately)
- Professional cameras, recording equipment or cameras
- Portable speakers, computers, or bulky electronic equipment
- Bicycle batteries
- Selfie sticks
- Glass bottles, cans and bottles over 50 cl
- Aerosols and pressurized containers (perfumes, sprays...)
- Gas stoves or bottles
- Smokes, explosive or flammable products
- Weapons, sharp or dangerous objects
- Illegal substances
- Alcohol from outside
- Drones
- Objects that can annoy or endanger other festival-goers (big flags, pointed umbrellas, laser pointers...)
- Noisy objects (sirens, megaphones...)
- Excessive amounts of food, drink, or cigarettes
- Motorcycle helmets

At the entrance to the festival, security checks will be carried out by the teams on site.
Bags and personal effects may be inspected.

We advise you to arrive early in order to facilitate your access to the site.

The festival locker is not a cloakroom. It is only intended for objects considered dangerous that can be removed during the check.

Bags, suitcases or luggage cannot be left there. Thanks for your understanding.

authorized objects

To enjoy the Heavy Week-End in the best conditions, some objects are allowed inside the festival:

- Small backpacks or bags (maximum capacity 24 L, urban bag type)
- Bottles of water under 50 cl
- Empty bottles (excluding glass bottles) with a maximum capacity of 50 cl
- Small compact umbrellas
- Small folding stools or chairs (maximum dimensions 53 x 41 x 3 cm)
- External cell phone batteries
- Compact or non-professional cameras

Please respect these instructions in order to facilitate security checks at the entrance to the festival and ensure the comfort of all festival-goers.

lost/found items

An object lost during Heavy Week-End ? Or on the contrary, did you find one on the festival website? A dedicated service allows Report a lost object or to report a found object. All procedures are done via the online platform provided for this purpose. Get up close to the Heavy Week End staff on site.

alcohol consumption

The sale of alcohol on the Heavy Week-End site is strictly reserved for adults. An identity document may be requested at the time of purchase. For safety reasons, alcoholic drinks from outside are not allowed inside the festival grounds. As always, we invite everyone to consume in moderation so that everyone can fully enjoy the festival in a friendly and responsible atmosphere.

Minimum age

There is no minimum age to access the Nancy Open Air. However, in accordance with the rules of the room, we strongly advise against bringing children under 3 years of age.

In all cases, they must be provided with an access ticket. The management of the room reserves the right to refuse access to minors under 16 years of age who are not accompanied by an adult and not provided with parental authorization.

Access to the standing pit and the placement of VIP packages is prohibited to persons under 12 years of age and to persons under 16 who are not accompanied by an adult.
