  • This 'electronic wallet' is not linked to your bank account: you cannot be charged more than the amount you have topped up.

What is "cashless"?

  • The "cashless" wristband is a contactless electronic wallet system that you can top up at any time. It is the only way to pay for your purchases and consumption at Heavy Week-End points of sale: bars, food areas, merchandise...
  • The operator will show you the order amount before scanning your wristband with a payment terminal. Your new balance will be communicated to you at the end of the transaction.
  • You can top up your Cashless account before or during the festival on the festival website or the Heavy Week-End mobile app. Two Cashless banks (for cash payments) and card terminals are also available on site.

Why create a cashless account?

Creating an online account is optional and can be done whenever you wish.

By creating an account, you can:

  • Register your Payment Card for faster top-ups
  • Top up before the event via the website or mobile app, and collect your pre-loaded wristband upon arrival
  • Check your wristband balance, transaction history, and request an invoice
  • Block your wristband chip in case of loss or theft
  • Get a refund of your remaining balance after the festival.

Important: If you haven't created an account before or during the festival, keep your wristband safe: the code on the back of the chip will allow you to request a refund of your balance online.

How to create a cashless account?

You can create an account:

Before you go to Heavy Week-End:

  • Enter your email address
  • Fill in the required fields (name, first name, etc.)
  • Enter your ticket number.
  • Pre-load the desired amount (you will collect your pre-loaded wristband at the festival entrance).

After collecting your wristband at the entrance:

  • Enter your email address.
  • Fill in the required fields (name, surname, etc.)
  • Enter the unique 6-letter code from your cashless wristband, located on the back of the chip card.

How do I top up my account?

Before Heavy Week-End, you can create and top up your cashless account on this website or via the Heavy Week-End app. Your pre-loaded wristband will be given to you at the entrance when your ticket is checked.

During the event, you can top up your wristband in three ways:

  • On your account via the website or the Heavy Week-End mobile app.
  • At the "cashless banks" (for cash) and at the card terminals.
  • Simply by scanning the unique QR code on your wristband (Fast Top Up) with your smartphone.

You can top up your account as many times as you wish, both before and during the event.

What happens if my wristband is stolen or lost?

All wristbands issued at the entrance are personalized as they are linked to your tickets upon entry to Heavy Week-End. In case of loss or theft, please go to the cashless bank dispute counter where we can locate you.

This identification process (account creation) is necessary to allow your wristband to be blocked. If you have not created an account associated with your wristband, blocking will be impossible. Your wristband is like your wallet: if you lose it, the money stored on it will also be lost.

How to request a refund of the balance after the festival?

  • If there is money remaining on your cashless account, you can request a refund of this balance from June 8, 2026, at 8:00 AM to June 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM from your cashless account.
  • You have already created my cashless account: a "refund request" button will be available on the module for you to submit your request.
  • You haven't created your account yet: you must first create your cashless account using the 6-letter ID on the back of your wristband before submitting your refund request.
  • No refund requests will be processed after the deadline.
  • We are unable to refund amounts less than €0.50.

Is creating an account mandatory  ?

No, if you wish, you can top up your wristband directly at the cashless banks or by scanning your wristband's unique QR code. However, to request a refund of your balance after the festival, you must create an account.

Is it possible to use a wristband from another event or
a previous edition?

No, it is not possible to use any wristband other than the one provided during the event.

Is there a charge for the wristband?

Yes, the activation fee for your wristband is €1.50.

How can I check my balance?

  • If you have created an account, you can check your balance on the event's website or mobile app.
  • Your balance is also displayed after each transaction.
  • You can check your balance at any time, at any point of sale, by simply scanning your wristband.

Can I access a summary of my transactions?

Yes, you can access a summary of your transactions via your account on the event's website or mobile app.

How do I take care of my wristband?

Your wristband is equipped with an electronic chip where your money is stored. Take care of it to avoid any inconvenience! Avoid any exposure to heat or flame and absolutely do not try to pierce it, as this would immediately render it inoperable.

I have multiple tickets per day, do I need to create an account for each day?

No, one account is enough! You must remember to use the barcode number from the ticket for the first day you attend so that your balance is credited as soon as your ticket is scanned.

Is it possible to share an account among several people?

From a single account, you can manage different wallets. Simply create as many wallets as you wish from your account. Only one bank card will be used for all wallets, and the amounts are specific to each wallet: you cannot transfer money from one to another.
